We appreciate your valued support. At this time, Marriage Takeover does not offer refunds. We’re happy to offer exchanges or credits as necessary.
Physical Products
If you’ve purchased any apparel, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customerservice@marrigetakeover.com and offer a copy of your receipt and the issue and we’re happy to exchange the apparel for a different size.
Book and journal sales are final. If your product is damaged in any way, please provide a copy of your receipt and the packaging upon arrival, then contact customerservice@marriagetakeover.com for a return label to return it back to our offices for a replacement.
Digital Products
Digital products are made immediately available within 24 hours of purchase (unless a course has a future start date). If you’ve purchased a digital product i.e. eGift card, course, coaching session, coaching program, eBook, etc. we’re happy to extend the timeframe of access for 12 months; however, no refunds are issued unless you have not received access to the digital product. Once we’ve confirmed you’ve received access to the digital product no refunds are issued.
Events
All sales are final for events (both online and in-person), conferences, retreats, workshops, and other live events held by Marriage Takeover™.
